Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering and submitting an application to Kordin Tennis School, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Registration & applications

Applications are subject to availability and admin approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. The academy reserves the right to reject applications at its sole discretion.

3. Fees & payments

Term fees are quoted at the time of application. Fees are due upon approval and placement. Refunds for withdrawals are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at registration.

4. Cancellation policy

Individual session cancellations must be made within the window specified in academy settings (default: 12 hours before the session) to receive a credit. Late cancellations forfeit the credit.

5. Code of conduct

All students and guardians are expected to conduct themselves with respect towards coaches, staff, and fellow students. The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for breach of this code.

6. Photography & media

The academy may photograph or record sessions for promotional purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing at any time.

7. Liability

The academy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety. By participating, you acknowledge that tennis involves inherent physical risk. The academy is not liable for injuries resulting from normal play.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
